Wedding dresses are fitted and altered to your desired needs for your special day. They can be taken in/out, additions can be included for a comfortable fit and stylish look.

Bridesmaid Dresses

The crucial helpers of the bride. Just as important as the bride’s dress, so too is your dress the center of attention.  Your dress needs to be comfortable and elegant.

Mom’s Dress

The mother of the bride or groom gets to see their little child that has grown up make a big life-changing step. Mom needs to look sophisticated, great and relaxed on this important day.

Prom/Special Occasion Dresses

You are not yet ready to make that big step, but have a big day of your own! That prom dress could be altered to fit you and show you as the graceful princess that you are.

Additions

If you want additions and/or accessories to add some flair to your dress, let’s see what we can do.  Would you want a veil, customized sleeves, belts, capes, straps, embroidered patches?

Steamed & Ironed

Your dress will be photo finished, ready for wearing, fully steamed, ironed and wrinkle free.

Pricing, Fees and Pick-Up

  • Since each formal gown or garment is customized to your specific needs, price estimates can vary widely.

  • What works best for you – cash, check, Venmo, or credit card payments?

  • Alterations are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of the first fitting.

  • ​Rush fee is added to any alterations, which require completion within a 7-day timeframe.

  • ​Scheduling: For wedding dresses, it is best to allow for 4 weeks of time. For Bridesmaid, special occasions, and other garments, typically allow for 2 weeks between first fitting and final fitting/pick-up.

  • No obligation 1st fitting: at the first fitting appointment, I will walk through with you what you want done, how it can be done, and show everything to you. If you decide to not continue the work, there is no obligation.

About Me

With over 20 years of experience, I provide high quality creative solutions to make your dreams come true,
creating comfort and elegance for your important life event.

A Bit About Me: I have always been curious about creativity and helping people. Growing up as a young girl, I was not allowed to go to school because I was a girl and because of the war situation in my country. My mother got me into a private school with a professional seamstress where I studied for 6 years, sewing and finishing my education. I made custom clothes for several years. After coming to the U.S.A., I had an alterations business for 11 years in Madison, Wisconsin. Over the past several years, I worked as an Alterations Specialist and then as an Alterations Manager at David’s Bridal, handling hundreds of brides and bridesmaid dresses, with superb customer service and reviews. Regularly, our team ranked in the top 7 stores nationwide (out of 300+ stores). I love going to weddings and formal family events. Since my own wedding, I have helped many brides and bridesmaids because I know how special these events are in the lives of people.
